AI USE NOTICE

Last updated: 1/12/2026

1. Our approach to innovation

At PRAGMA Law, we embrace technology to deliver more efficient, accurate, and cost-effective legal services. We may use specific Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) and automated tools to assist our team in tasks such as legal research, document review, translation, and enhanced drafting.

2. Human oversight

While we leverage technology to enhance our capabilities, we are not replaced by it. Every document, piece of advice, or analysis generated with the assistance of AI is subject to rigorous review, verification, and validation by our qualified lawyers. PRAGMA Law remains fully committed and responsible for all legal advice provided to you.

3. Data confidentiality & security

We are bound by strict professional secrecy rules under Luxembourg law. We apply these standards to our use of technology:

  • No public training: We do not input confidential client data into public, open-source AI models (such as public versions of generative AI) where your data could be used to train the system.
  • Secure Environment: We prioritise anonymous/redacted information as well as enterprisegrade tools that ensure data isolation, encryption, and confidentiality. Your data remains within our secure environment or that of our vetted partners (subject to data processing agreements).

4. Transparency

By instructing us, you acknowledge and agree that we may use such digital tools to optimise the processing of your file. If a specific matter requires the use of a unique or non-standard AI solution that involves specific data processing implications, we will discuss this with you in advance.
